The problem that you refer does not have to do with the opencpn or the Nmea connection.
The developer of that scenario did not position the georeferenced objects correctly. So you find those differences.

Hello,

My issue is that my OPENCPN location (through VSNG NMEA connection) is incorrect. For example if I am at the dock in a port (my VSN NG Map shows this because that is where my ship is in the simulator) but OPENCPN will show me half a mile away (.5nm). This cannot be used during navigation for obvious reasons. Is there a way to fix this?

I only use ROBs VSF scenery.

Please any help is appreciated.
