Re: Work in Progress - Modern Warship (Sort of)
Good to see. I guessed the load would have to be increased as VS does not have the ability of pumping water into the tanks and out as required to maintain stability. I am sure there are some old Sea Kings in the library you could repaint, with permission of course, and put them on the deck. Keep up...

Freebie WIP - Unable to complete
Hi I started this model of HMS Fearless a while ago and made a post at the time http://www.hangsim.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=661 . I now regret I'm unable to complete this for a variety of reasons and therefore offer my working files here for anyone who would like to take it on. The file co...

Hi Victor
Did a quick check with stern gate lowered and yes, although you need to adjust the vehicle 'loading' from 100% to 150%.

Work in Progress - Modern Warship (Sort of)
Hi
Just a couple of images to show the project I’m currently working on. It is a slow progress, lots of fitting out to go but hopefully not too long.

Common Waypoints
Hi I would be grateful for some advice here regarding waypoints. I’m happy with the basic use of waypoints for a single boat including the looping of said WPs. The problem I have is with common or shared WPs. For example if I have a convoy of ships heading for the same point on the chart I’s rather ...

Hi Victor
I havent tried any on-line sessions yet, a RAS sounds like a good idea, will give it some thought.

Re: What is causing this- update
Hi All During my investigations I have found that my copy of the Situation file "Empty Scene" did have a default water level of 32m (32 [tide_alt]) I reset this to 0.0 and all look well. Victor I served on both Interpid (early to mid 70's) and Fearless ( mid 90's) the only significant diff...

Re: What is causing this?
Hi Coachtom Thanks for the advice, I'm on v8.7.5. I've been looking a bit deeper (pardon the pun) and spotted the water level differences, I wasn't aware you could adjust the level in VSF. Anyway I have re-set Gib to 0 as suggested and all looks fine to me now. I've placed a suppprt call to Ilan jus...

What is causing this?
Hi Apologies if this has already been covered but it's confusing my simple brain. I've just purchased Virtual Sailor NG but I also have Vehicle Simulator, my confusion comes over the following. In VSF when I load scenery all is well, however when I load the same scenery in VSNG all is not well and e...
