NMEA Signal to Android/IOS Apps

As tite says...

I there a way to send the NME output signal from my PC via Wifi at home to apps like Navionics etc?
Open CPn is working but this cant run on a mobile plattform.

Have you tried the Android version of OpenCPN and adding a TCP connection to it with the parameters from VSNG's NMEA output?
