NMEA settings

Hello,

What does all these NMEA settings do? Can't find anything about them in the manuals.. (see attached file)

these are NMEA sentence codes. I assume you choose what data VSNG will export to other devices by activating them:

The codes in VSNG translate to:

GPRMC - Recommended minimum specific GPS/Transit data
GPZDA - Date & Time
GPHDT - Heading True
GPROT - Rate Of Turn
GPVHW - Water Speed & Heading
GPMWV - Wind Speed & Angle
GPDPT - Depth

If you use openCPN or similar you will get more information from VSNG into the software
Most notable in a addition to your HDG the movement of your boat is now indicated by a separate vector showing the movement of the boat over ground.

are the simulator NMEAA 2000 compatible
Can man ad real instruments to the sim i think on radar , autopilot and more
