Good afternoon! I've been working with a Submarine and I've had some trouble figuring out how to make it reverse.
Currently, top speed (Full Throttle) is 120 RPM and around 12 Knots.
And minimum speed (Zero Throttle) is 0 RPM and obviously, 0 Knots.
However, I've got no clue how to make it reverse, as in, that when going below the "*0*" displayed on the Throttle, the submarine would go in reverse.
Any clues on how can I work on this?
Thanks in advance!!

Re: Submarine - Reverse
Click Shift-E, and you engage reverse...click Shift-E again, and you engage forward.
There used to be an option to choose throttle mode, allowing > 50% throttle engages forward, < 50% throttle engages reverse...50% throttle is 'neutral'. Not sure if that still works.

An alternative would be to place two engines in the same location, with one of them unpowered. This way, the system would be 'tricked' into thinking both engines are active, allowing the functioning engine to operate in reverse without the need to shift gears. This setup would provide more flexibility by manipulating the active engine while the other remains passive, optimizing control without requiring complex modifications to the transmission.
