Weather update bug?

If left on, the "Update Real Weather" or "Get Real Weather" both mistakenly change the current time into the system's local time. When pressing "Set Time to Now" it reverts to the correct local time. My boat is currently at 055W which is UTC-4. When the weather updates, it changes to UTC-3 (my real system's time location). How to fix that? The only way I see it is to change Windows' local time to the boat's :cry: :cry: :cry:
