How to animate a Ramp?

Hello!
I trie to build the MS Huckleberry Finn from TT-Line for VSF and VSNG. I want to animate the Bow Visor and the Heck Ramps. Does anyone know how I add animations? Do I need another programm?

There is a software called Deep Exploration for that. I have never personally used it, so I don't know anything about it.
