- Time zone updated as we move through time zones.
- UTC time does not change as we move from place to place.

I have VSNG few years now without any issues, after a comptuer recovery I cannot start game anymore after setup, missing file d3dx9_43.dll

That file points to DirectX. Try first to reinstall your DirectX.
